What is the first step?

Start by telling us what you are looking for by adding yourself to the VIP Renters list.  After adding yourself to this list you can view many of our homes at your convenience without an appointment.  Also by telling us what you are looking for we can assist you in finding a home even if we don’t currently have one that fits your needs. Whether you are looking to rent or rent to own many owners will work with you to provide flexible terms.  Many owners have a can-do attitude and tailor the deal to best suit your needs.

When Can I Move In?

Our inventory of available homes changes frequently, however many rental & lease to own homes are vacant and available now! Once you are approved, you may be in your home within 3-5 days.

Here`s how the process works:

Browse our available properties.  Many properties are open daily.  After you have added yourself to the VIP Renters list, call the Rental Hotline at 651-204-6760 before driving to the homes. Note: PLEASE FOLLOW DIRECTIONS LISTED IN THE ADS. NEW DEVELOPMENTS DO NOT SHOW UP CORRECTLY ON Car Navigation Systems or INTERNET SEARCHES SUCH AS (MAPQUEST, GOOGLE, ETC...).

STEP 1 2 3  To apply for one of our properties complete the following form ( Application & Authorization Form) STEP 1 2 3 Once we receive your online application and payment, a background check will be completed.  Background checks normally take 3-4 business days however for faster service you can fax to us copies of your most resent pay stubs.  FAX: 651-286-0776 You are entitled to a copy of the report.
